Exclusive Use of the Clubhouse

Please familiarize yourself with the updated clubhouse exclusive use policy located on the website. We've lifted some notable changes below:

• Owners may reserve the Clubhouse for their exclusive personal use for events/uses on a first come, first served basis at least two weeks in advance (for notice to other members).  
• For-profit commercial rentals are not allowed.
• An Exclusive Use Fee of $250.00 and $250 potentially refundable deposit.
• Owners may reserve the Clubhouse for their personal use or events on a single day in increments up to 8 hours.
• All events must conclude by 11:00pm. 
• Owners are responsible for returning the Clubhouse and or Pool cleaned and maintained with furniture/features returned to original location and condition by either self-cleaning or scheduling cleaning with the HOA Operations Coordinator in advance..
• Members are responsible for providing a gate code to their guests, unless attendance exceeds 15 cars and the gate can be scheduled to be open for guests arrival time.
• Exclusive use of the Clubhouse and/or Pool is not permitted during holiday weekends: Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas weekend.
