CLUBHOUSE USE & RENTALS

Most of our amenities center around our Clubhouse and Equestrian Center. Our beautiful 3,000 s.f. Clubhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor patio, and fireplace. The Clubhouse is surrounded by two swimming pools, bathhouses, a BBQ pavilion, putting green, tennis courts and basketball court. Our centrally located Equestrian Center includes a 3,600 s.f. barn, a covered arena and outdoor arena.

If you are a member interested in scheduling the exclusive use of the clubhouse, please review the following information and send us an email with date(s).
 Exclusive Use of the Clubhouse

Owners are solely responsible and liable for the conduct of their guests present on the property of the Preserve at Walnut Springs. The exclusive use of the Clubhouse includes the pool and patio area. Restrooms are to remain accessible to the membership at large.
Exclusive Use Terms:
1.Owners may reserve the Clubhouse for their exclusive personal use for events/uses on a first come, first served basis at least two weeks in advance (for notice to other members).  Please note, only one exclusive-use rental per month is permitted on the weekends as not to impact other members regular use.
2.For-profit commercial rentals are not allowed.
3.Owners may reserve the Clubhouse for their personal use or events on a single day in increments up to 8 hours.
4.If additional time is required for the event preparations and subsequent disassembly, including setup, deliveries and/or catering, please notify the HOA Operations Coordinator.
5.All events must conclude by 11:00pm. 
6.Reservations can be made by contacting the HOA Operations Coordinator and confirmed by completion of the Agreement for Use of the Facilities and payment of appropriate fees.
7.An Exclusive Use Fee of $250.00 and a potentially refundable deposit of $250.00 are due at time of reservation of the Clubhouse and/or Pool.
8.Owners must be present at the event and assume all liability.
9.Owners are responsible for returning the Clubhouse and or Pool cleaned and maintained with furniture/features returned to original location and condition by either self-cleaning or scheduling cleaning with the HOA Operations Coordinator in advance.
10.The refund of the $250.00 deposit is contingent upon the Clubhouse and or Pool being returned cleaned and in good condition.
11.The furnishings of the Clubhouse are of residential design and quality, not of commercial restaurant/bar design and quality, and shall be cared for accordingly.
12.Vehicle parking is limited to the parking lot.
13.Members are responsible for providing a gate code to their guests, unless attendance exceeds 15 cars and the gate can be scheduled to be open for guests arrival time.
14.Exclusive use of the Clubhouse and or Pool is not permitted during the Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas weekend.
15.The HOA Operations Coordinator will notify owners of a confirmed reservation for the exclusive use of the Clubhouse on the HOA website calendar at least two weeks in advance of the event.

Lost & Found Items 

Please note: all items left behind at the clubhouse or found elsewhere on the ranch are stored in the amenities closet in the clubhouse. If you or a guest has left something behind, please check that location.
